As the general partner behind the
Oak Hills Montgomery project,
we lead the planning and execution of over 500 single-family homes across two limited partnerships:
Keenan Development NORTH LTD
and SOUTH LTD.
Formed in 2023, Keenan Development GP LLC was established exclusively to manage these developments, which are currently in the planning and pre-construction phases and are expected to start in October 2025 and conclude within 5–6 years.
With a combined project value exceeding $100 million, Keenan Development GP LLC manages both projects with a singular goal: to deliver high-quality communities through strategic foresight, operational precision, and disciplined execution.
The company is structured to extend this model into future residential ventures, leveraging its experience in regulatory compliance, partner coordination, and capital oversight to guide long-term development success.
